Harecastle Boats are a small boat building company based in Cheshire building high quality canal boats.
Our boats are all British built making it easy for our customer to view the build at any stage, our aim is to keep our company small building just 5 boats per year to enable us to spend as much time as possible with our customers so that their ideas for their dream boat are fully understood and in turn translated into their perfect boat.
Currently we are building 2 boats per year to our own specifications and 2 or 3 boats that are customer orders, understanding that sometimes your exact requirements may not be met by a standard boat.
After working with many customer's designing their new boats we understand that it can be an exciting time for you, so we are happy for you to view your boat during the build whenever necessary, If it is inconvenient for you to see your boat in progress we will happily send you a progress report with picture's attached.

We are currently working on our latest luxury liveabroad spec boat, which is due for completion March 2012 - £89'950.
This 58 foot semi trad has an attractive josher bow, the paint will be finished to a high standard. At this stage the final colour can be chosen by the customer. All windows and mushroom vents are a chrome finish to give a more modern look to the boat.
With an increasing popular reverse layout, it would be very suitable as a live aboard or for long term cruising.
Lined out in oak panels it has the Galley at the stern with ample storage, fridge and cooker under the solid composite work surface (Corian Style).
The galley is finished with a solid slate floor and solid slate tiled splash back. Going with a slightly more contemporary look we have fitted under cupboard LED lighting.
Leading to a large saloon with plenty of space for seating, fire and TV cabinet plus an L - shaped dinette fitted with luxurious leather cushions and a generous wardrobe behind.
The cabin shower room contains a full size shower cubicle with glass door and a pump out toilet continuing the quality theme with a porcelain bowl sitting on a shaped solid composite surface also finished with a solid slate floor.
Then the Bedroom at the bow with very generous storage and a full size fixed double bed.
All the cabinet and cupboard doors have a solid oak frame with a feature burr oak panel. The main cabin and bedroom have solid oak flooring.
The bow thruster tube has already been fitted making the addition of a bow thruster possible.
Heating from a Webasto boiler plus the solid fuel stove, a 3 Kw pure sine wave inverter capable of powering a washing machine and a Beta 43 engine.
